Even if you choose not to purchase you may keep a FREE Personal Version with a limit of 100 records – just as a ‘thank you’ for evaluating the system. You can only purchase or lease GEM after you have downloaded and installed the software. You can then register your copy on-line as soon as you want.

However, if you don’t have broadband, then it is advisable to order a Demonstration/Installation CD instead, as downloading the best part of 170Mb over a 56K Modem would take all night.

There is a small charge for the CD to cover the cost of producing the CD plus, postage, packing and order processing. The CD comes complete with Quick Start Guide, System Overview, Video Demonstrations and full User Manual. When we receive an order for a Demonstration/Installation CD then we will dispatch it to you as soon as we receive confirmation of your payment. This is an entirely automated process so dispatch is usually the same day.

Once you have downloaded GEM

Simply follow the instructions in the ‘Read Me’ File. Or when your CD arrives follow the instructions in the ‘Quick Start Guide’. When you first run the system, activate it when requested. As soon as you decide to keep it, register it. It's that simple. Download Software

When you download a copy of GEM for the first time, it will create a User Account for you on this Website. To download future copies of the software you will have to log into your User Account using the User Login option on the Support Menu, using the Password that you received in an acknowledgement E-mail. You will NOT be able to download another copy with the same E-mail address without logging in first - this is to prevent creating multiple user accounts with the same E-mail address..
