REAL-WORLD Relationships

In the real-world all Relationships are two-way:

•	If I am your Supplier you must be my Customer
•	If you are my Nephew I must be your Uncle - or perhaps Aunt

GEM always creates both sides of a relationship. This means that:

•	you can see a whole network of Relationships for any point of view,
•	and always see anyone’s Relationships with everyone else.

When the system first opens the ‘Entities’ Form on the left of the screen will enable you to get information on anyone or anything in the system - whilst the ‘Relationships’ Form on the right shows all their relationships with everyone else.

System Navigation is easy. All you need to do is: Double-click on someone's name anywhere in the system and you will be taken to their record.

Once you get there, you can click on their Relationships button to show their Relationships. Double-click another name, be taken to their record, and see all their Relationships too. This enables you to follow an entire network of Relationships in any direction you like.
