It is also possible to take out annual support contracts that entitle you to support for a number of ‘Support Incidents’.

GEM is sold in different licence sizes that differ in the number of records they are licensed to hold.

• The FREE Personal Version is restricted to 100 ‘Records’.
• Small Business Versions are restricted to either 500, 1,000, 1,500 or 2,000 ‘Records’ and are priced on the cost of a local postage stamp per ‘Record’ of database capacity.

• The Enterprise Version has an unlimited capacity and is priced on the cost of 3,000 local postage stamps.
